My struggle

Living with fructose intolerance has been a challenging journey. I was diagnosed in high school, and even now I’m still learning what it truly means for my body. Fructose is found in many foods commonly consumed in the American diet, especially in processed products. Over time, the more processed foods I tried to eat, the more sensitivities and allergies I seemed to develop—gluten, eggs, nuts, and even medications that affect my stomach. It was frustrating and overwhelming at times.

What finally made the biggest difference was shifting to a diet built around whole, homemade foods. Cooking simple meals from real ingredients helped me feel better, regain control of my health, and rediscover the joy of eating.

If you’ve ever felt confused, restricted, or discouraged by food sensitivities, this recipe book was created for you. My hope is that these recipes help you feel happy, healthy, and confident in the kitchen again. 🌿✨

Let’s talk about your gut.

I’ve  been there.
The uncontrollable bloating. The uncomfortable pressure. Feeling 10 pounds heavier than you actually are by the end of the day.

If your gut feels constantly off — you’re not imagining it. And you’re definitely not alone.

Many gut issues start with an imbalance in the gut microbiome — a sensitive ecosystem that affects far more than just digestion. When stress is high, cortisol levels can rise and disrupt this balance. Here are some simple practices that have helped me lower my cortisol and support a healthier gut.
