Happy & Healthy came to life when I stopped fighting my body and finally started caring for it 🤍
What started as a gut‑healing journey became a full mindset shift. After years of overtraining, under‑eating, battling allergies, and pushing through multiple injuries as a collegiate athlete, I learned that less really is more — less stress, less restriction, less extremes — and more balance, more nourishment, and more listening to what your body actually needs.

Now, as a certified trainer and online fitness coach, I create intentional workouts (including injury‑friendly options), gut‑loving recipes, and simple habits that fit real life — so you can heal, feel strong, and build a lifestyle that lasts.

As my own journey grew, so did my mission. That’s why Happy & Healthy now includes a Kids Program and a Family Program — designed to help little ones build confidence through movement and to bring families together through simple, sustainable wellness habits. From parent workouts to family‑friendly recipes and routines, we’re creating a foundation of health that supports every age and every season of life.

And at the heart of it all is faith. Happy & Healthy is a faith‑filled brand, rooted in purpose, gratitude, and giving — which is why 10% of all proceeds go directly to the Tim Tebow Foundation, supporting their mission to serve and uplift families in need.
